Fish City roundup

Hold for Monday's lighter wind

November 1, 2026

Sunday's wind and a 3.8 ft swell keep today in the maybe column, so stay in or fish short and early. Monday backs the wind off to near calm and the swell eases slightly, which is why that's the real go day this week.

Yellowfin tuna are running 3.2 per angler and climbing, with skipjack close behind at 3.3 and also rising. Yellowtail are up too at 1.3 per angler.

If you can wait, save the trip for Monday morning and work the tuna grade while the wind stays down.
