Tuesday's the move

San Diego · October 12, 2026

Old Glory

Tuesday brings wind near 9 mph and swell at 3.1 ft, mild enough to fish well off Point Loma readings. Wednesday backs off to a MAYBE as wind creeps to 11 mph, then Thursday's 19 mph wind kills it. Old Glory's 9.8 fish per angler shows what a clean weather window can do.

Skipjack tuna and dorado are both trending up fleet wide, with bullet tuna close behind. Rockfish are rebounding too for those staying closer to structure.

Get out Tuesday morning for skipjack and dorado before the wind builds later in the week.
