Englund Marine - Westport

Englund Marine's Westport store opened in 1975 as the chain's third location after Astoria (1944) and Ilwaco (1966) — at the corner of Wilson and Montesano on the harbor. Manager Paul Foster has been with the company 28 years and has run Westport for about 25 of them. The store quadrupled its clothing section and expanded the warehouse from 6,000 to 15,000 square feet in 2018.

Inventory mirrors the harbor: commercial crab pots and pre-rigged sinking line, salmon trolling flashers and hoochies, longline and tuna gear for the offshore fleet, plus Grundéns rain gear for the recreational charter crowd. Hydraulic hoses, paint, fittings, and stainless hardware on the industrial side.
